Refund Policy

It is important to us that everyone has a positive experience when making a purchase of services with Eblity. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a service, you can request a refund by writing to Eblity at success@eblity.com, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

NOTE: The refund policy is only applicable in cases of Advance Receipts of Fee Payment for Services to be delivered at a future date. For Fee received after Services have been fully delivered, Eblity reserves the right, in its sole discretion to deny any refund request.
In our refund policy, certain restrictions may apply and for more information, please see below:
Full Refunds

Customers can request for a full refund in the following situations:

(a) Customer cancels an Online Session, a week in advance of the Scheduled Online Session.

(b) Eblity cancels in advance of the Online Session.

(c) In the event that Eblity changes the date or time of an Online Session before the Session date, Customers may request a full refund.

75% Refund

Customers can request a 75% refund in the following situations:

(a) Customers cancel an Online Session, within a week and 24 hours before the Start of the Online Session.

No Refund

No refund will be given for any cancellation within 24 hours.

Refund Duration

Please note that it may take us up to 30 days to process the refund.

Additional Situation for Denied Refunds

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

(a) Multiple refunds at different occasions/excessive refunds have been requested by same Customer.
