About the Checklist:

Brief-write up

Teaching Style determines the teacher’s general principles, management strategies and pedagogical designing for classroom instruction. The teaching style of every teacher is unique and different from one another, it depends on the subject being taught, educational philosophy, school’s mission statement and the personal preferences and values of the teacher.

The traditional models of teaching were teacher-centered where teachers are at the center of classroom instructions, however, over the past decade the focus has shifted to the student-centered model of learning where students are the main focus of the classroom instruction and the teachers are just a means to facilitate overall learning and development of students.
