She is a board member of the National Trust for Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disabilities, and Multiple Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, providing significant national-level training.
A motivator and mentor to many families trying to create pathways to help their disabled children take a valued place in society.
A member of the Training Resource Group, RBSK, Ministry of Health where she regularly conducts Adolescence Education Programs in schools and works for awareness against female feticide.
An associate faculty at Keystone Human Services in India which is working to energize a growing national movement toward a more just and inclusive Indian society where all people are valued and belong.
She is also an Obstetrician-Gynecologist by profession.
